Diameter Pay — Stablecoin Infrastructure Startup Processes $10 Billion Before Its First Funding Round

Diameter Pay is an emerging stablecoin-infrastructure company that passed the Token Recon filter because it already claims substantial real-world transaction volume.

The company raised $10 million in Series A funding, co-led by CMT Digital and Lightspeed Faction. Additional investors included SixThirty Ventures, Stellar Development Foundation, Tech Council Ventures, Onigiri Capital and BitRock Capital.

Diameter says it has processed more than $10 billion in payment volume during 2026 and serves more than 10,000 end users.

Its infrastructure connects banks, fintech firms and exchanges to U.S. dollar virtual accounts, domestic and international payment rails, stablecoin on/off ramps and compliance systems.

Founder David Lighton says clients include large privately owned fintech companies and banks across financial centers including Switzerland and Singapore, although the company has not publicly identified those customers.

The company was bootstrapped before this Series A and plans to use the capital to expand banking relationships, foreign-exchange capabilities, stablecoin infrastructure and compliance technology.

WHY TOKEN RECON IS WATCHING

This project is operating at the infrastructure layer where stablecoins increasingly intersect with conventional banking.

The $10 billion reported transaction volume is considerably more compelling than a white paper or presale.

Sector: Stablecoin payments / institutional infrastructure
Status: Operating company / Series A
Funding: $10 million
Token: No verified native token surfaced in this scan

RISKS / RED FLAGS

The customer list is largely undisclosed, making independent verification of institutional adoption more difficult.

The company’s transaction-volume figure is also company-reported.

And there is currently no reason to assume a Diameter token will exist. Token Recon found no sufficiently verified native token or TGE and will not speculate one into existence.

TOKEN RECON ASSESSMENT

Watchlist: credible early-stage infrastructure.

Diameter becomes much more important if major banking customers are publicly confirmed and transaction volume continues scaling.
