Hedera completed a v0.77.5 mainnet deployment at 02:20 UTC on October 4 after approximately 20 minutes of scheduled maintenance.
The official network status page shows the mainnet operating on v0.77.5 and the network-level service as operational. It also lists the IBM-hosted node 0.0.15 in partial outage, while the remaining displayed governing-council nodes are operational. status.hedera.com
Hedera’s published v0.77 release notes describe broader changes including Ethereum Pectra support, EIP-3860 initialization-code validation, block-root hashing changes, simple-fee work, block-stream observability and multiple fixes involving scheduled calls, staking records and state synchronization. Hedera
The documentation currently identifies v0.77.2 as the latest detailed build even though the status page reports v0.77.5. Token Recon could not verify a public changelog isolating the changes between those builds. The deployment is confirmed, but the exact reason for the additional version increment is not yet documented in the sources reviewed.
TOKEN RECON ASSESSMENT
The network completed the deployment without a reported network-wide outage, but the node-level degradation and missing v0.77.5 changelog prevent a clean all-clear on the exact patch. The meaningful confirmation will be restoration of node 0.0.15 and publication of build-specific release notes. Until then, developers should use the live status page and test application behavior instead of assuming v0.77.2 documentation fully describes production.
