Battlefield Report
Bitcoin’s recovery above $64,000 was short-lived after renewed tensions in the Middle East triggered another wave of selling across risk assets.
According to analyst Ali Martinez, Bitcoin was rejected near the upper boundary of its trading channel around $63,600, opening the door for a move toward $59,700. If selling pressure persists, the next major support sits near $56,550.

Intelligence Findings
The latest decline coincided with renewed conflict involving Iran and the United States, driving oil prices higher and pushing investors toward defensive assets. The shift in sentiment extended beyond crypto, with equities also coming under pressure.
Geopolitical uncertainty, however, is only part of the picture.
Bitcoin has struggled to sustain rallies for several weeks, with institutional demand remaining soft and ETF inflows providing limited support. The market has repeatedly failed to hold above the $64,000–$64,500 range, suggesting buyers lack the conviction needed to reverse the broader trend.
Adding to the cautious sentiment, Michael Saylor’s reported sale of more than $200 million in Bitcoin contrasted with Strategy’s long-standing accumulation narrative, creating additional uncertainty among market participants.

Threat Assessment
A break below $59,700 would increase the probability of a deeper correction toward $56,550, especially if geopolitical tensions escalate or institutional demand remains subdued.
TokenRecon Assessment
Bitcoin remains caught between macro uncertainty and weak capital inflows. Until institutional participation strengthens and key resistance levels are reclaimed, rallies are likely to face continued selling pressure.
