Battlefield Report
Bitcoin slipped back to the $64,000 level after briefly climbing above $65,500 following softer than expected U.S. inflation data.
Ethereum also erased part of its rally, falling below $1,900 after reaching nearly $1,950, its highest level in six weeks.

Intelligence Findings
The CPI report initially lifted risk assets by strengthening expectations that interest rates could remain stable. Bitcoin responded by reclaiming both $64,000 and $65,000, but buying momentum faded near local resistance.
The pullback follows a volatile week marked by renewed Middle East tensions and Strategy’s latest Bitcoin sale, both of which weighed on market sentiment before the inflation data triggered a relief rally.
Among major altcoins, ONDO outperformed with a 17% gain, while Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Cardano, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash traded lower. The broader crypto market also gave back part of its recent gains, with total market capitalization declining by roughly $40 billion.
Threat Assessment
The CPI driven rally has yet to develop into a sustained breakout. Failure to reclaim $65,500 could keep Bitcoin trading within its recent range, especially if macro uncertainty or geopolitical risks intensify.
Intelligence Assessment
The market reacted positively to easing inflation data, but a followthrough buying remains limited. Bitcoin continues to respond to macro headlines rather than crypto-specific catalysts, leaving institutional flows and broader liquidity conditions as the next signals to watch.
