Strategic Assessment
Institutional support for the CLARITY Act continues to build.
For large asset managers, regulatory clarity is becoming a prerequisite for expanding digital asset products, tokenization initiatives, and broader participation in crypto markets. Public endorsements from established financial firms also increase pressure on lawmakers to advance a framework that reduces legal uncertainty.
While industry backing does not guarantee the bill’s passage, it reinforces a broader trend: traditional finance is increasingly treating digital assets as a long-term business opportunity rather than a niche investment sector.
