Strategy and Strive Add More Than $237M in Bitcoin as Corporate Accumulation Continues

Two public-company Bitcoin treasuries disclosed fresh acquisitions Monday totaling more than $237 million.

Strategy purchased 1,665 BTC for approximately $142.7 million between September 21 and September 27, paying an average $85,681 per bitcoin. The acquisition lifted its holdings to 847,666 BTC. The Block, Strategy buys another 1,665 bitcoin

The company disclosed the purchases in an SEC Form 8-K. Strategy now owns bitcoin acquired for approximately $64 billion at an average purchase price of $75,437. The Block

Strive separately purchased 1,107 BTC for approximately $94.5 million between September 21 and September 25, paying an average $85,396.

Its holdings increased to 27,462 BTC. The Block, Strive pushes bitcoin holdings above 27,400 BTC

Both companies bought at average prices above Bitcoin’s roughly $83,000 Monday market level.

TOKEN RECON ASSESSMENT

Corporate Bitcoin accumulation continued through a week in which BTC repeatedly failed to hold above $85,000.

The relevant signal is not that two treasury companies bought Bitcoin, both are already committed accumulators. It is that access to capital remains open enough for those strategies to continue deploying hundreds of millions of dollars.

For Strategy in particular, the durability of its equity and preferred-stock funding channels matters more than any single weekly purchase.
