Bitcoin Remains in Rainbow Chart’s Lowest Valuation Zone

Battlefield Report

Bitcoin continues to trade in the lowest band of the Bitcoin Rainbow Chart, with the model placing BTC below its historical “Fire Sale” threshold heading into August.

At around $62,655, Bitcoin remains under the chart’s lowest valuation band of roughly $63,400, a level that has historically appeared during periods of heavy market stress.

Intelligence Findings

The Rainbow Chart’s long-term model places the HODL zone near $181,200, while the BUY band begins around $82,500.

Despite Bitcoin’s recovery from recent lows, the model still classifies current prices as deeply undervalued relative to its historical trend.

The weak positioning follows months of pressure from restrictive monetary policy and slowing institutional demand, including record spot ETF outflows earlier this year.

Threat Assessment

The Rainbow Chart measures long-term valuation, not short-term price direction. If macro conditions remain restrictive, Bitcoin could revisit support near $58,000 despite appearing historically undervalued.

A move above $63,400 would lift BTC out of the lowest valuation band, while reclaiming $82,500 would shift the model into its broader accumulation zone.

Intelligence Assessment

The Rainbow Chart continues to frame Bitcoin as historically inexpensive, but valuation alone has yet to reverse the broader market trend. Macro policy, ETF flows, and institutional demand remain the primary drivers of price action, making the chart more useful as a long term valuation gauge than a timing indicator.
