Bitcoin treasury company Strive says it could potentially finish 2026 as the second-largest publicly traded Bitcoin holder if several capital-raising conditions align.
The firm accumulated 3,156 BTC during August, bringing total holdings to approximately 23,156 BTC, currently worth close to $1.9 billion.
Strive CEO Matt Cole pointed to more than $700 million of outstanding warrants that expire in mid-October. If Strive shares remain above the $27 exercise price, those warrants could convert into substantial new capital.
Cole said that capital, combined with additional balance-sheet capacity, could potentially create around $1.4 billion of purchasing power for Bitcoin and digital-credit strategies. He stressed that becoming the world’s second-largest corporate BTC holder is possible rather than his base-case forecast.
Strive currently ranks fifth among publicly traded Bitcoin treasury companies. Twenty One Capital occupies the second position with approximately 43,514 BTC, meaning Strive would need to accumulate aggressively to close the gap.
TOKEN RECON ASSESSMENT
Corporate Bitcoin accumulation remains an important structural demand source.
The immediate reconnaissance point is the $27 Strive warrant level. If warrants convert and management deploys hundreds of millions into Bitcoin, corporate treasury demand could add another meaningful buyer during Q4.
